◆ Performance and Features of Vertical Elastic Cradle

(1) The vertical elastic cradle always keeps consistent nip and consequently  keeps consistent floating zone. It will not change with the inherent difference   of apron or due to long or short service time. The spindle difference could be  improved substantially and the yarn irregularity (cvb) is decreased obviously. Also the yarn evenness is further optimized.

◆ Characteristics of Patented Technology of Vertical Elastic Cradle

The elastic front rim of the original elastic front rim cradle is improved into a fixed front rim and the elasticity is applied by the elastic structure at the upper   part inside the slide channel of the front rim. The horizontal direction of elastically expand and contract of cradle is changed into vertical direction. The    steel needle after heat treatment inserts into the front end of the front rim.
