Notice for the additional pressure bar

The birth of this
new product is an important contribution of Jiayu to textile industry. For a correct understanding and application, it is
herby to describe as follows to help customers to make
full use of this product.

Design Principle
According to the law
of movement and change of strand of fiber in the draft
zone, it uses the additional control bar to establish a new
additional frictional force boundary
at the rear draft zone. It could adjust and control the
strand at the rear zone rationally and consequently it
could improve the evenness of yarn and allow draft in a wide range. It will increase the
total draft ratio
properly and ultimately it could increase the spinning
productivity.

Performance and Features
1)It applies on both
front draft and rear draft zones to make full use of its effectiveness. It will not only increase the draft
efficiency, but also improve the yarn quality.
2)It is easy in
erection and operation.
3) With minimum
space occupation at the draft zone, it is beneficial to the operation and cleaning.

coincidence.

Range of Application:
1)Applicable spindle
pitch: 63.5 ~ 75 mm
2)Applicable draft:
V-type draft and plain draft

Operation instruction:
1) V-type products
are applicable to V-type draft while B-type products are applicable to plain draft.
2) The difference
between VI and VII and BI and BII is the different elastic action direction of the cradle but the
operation
method is same. The user should
select the
correct one according to the different spinning yarn.
It is worthy to
point out that normally it should use two pressure bars for B-type cradle. However, single bar is available in view of
the application effect and yarn quality if the
user worries about the complication of treading after strand breaks due to management and operation problem.

Cautions:
The purpose of using
pressure bar cradle is to increase the overall draft efficiency and optimize the yarn quality. However, the
increased draft ratio will direct effect upon the
original spinning process and equipment adjustment. Therefore, it should pay attention following points in
application:
1.A well matched
process design is required between roving weight, twist coefficient of roving, back draft ratio and back roller
setting
2.The draft
distribution should be scientific and rational. It should
increase back draft properly when the weight is not changed
and consequently it could
reduce the front load to improve the yarn quality.
3.To increase the
roving weight, it should have an overall consideration such
as raw material, kind of yarn, equipment running condition,
management and
technical level. A rational distribution is required when
the draft ratio is
increased. Don't put all at the front or back zone. The
optimum draft ratio should be obtained through experiments.
4.It should increase
the roving weight gradually. A sudden increase is not allowed. It should always follow up and observe each step
and after it is stabilized the next step could be implemented otherwise a
number of unexpected problem and trouble will be occurred.
5.It also should strengthen other aspects in operation and
management such as cleaning, erection and threading way. A
prompt standardized operation is necessary otherwise it is
apt to cause yarn faults and spindle differential problem. |
